How to Apply

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Resources are limited; please be sure you are a good fit before applying. To apply, provide the following information.

Application Requirements

Complete the Grant Application. [make link to pdf of application] Submit the following attachments along with the Grant Application:

  • a copy of the organization’s annual budget for the current year
  • a copy of the program budget that the Tim Griffith Foundation grant would support, including detailed information on how grant funding will be used
  • Most recently completed fiscal year’s actual revenue/expenses
  • Verification of the organization’s 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status
  • Current list of Board of Directors

The Tim Griffith Foundation reserves the right to revise the grant criteria and/or process at any time.

Reporting Requirements

We require a follow-up report from the organization within 60 days from the end of the funded program to help us gauge the impact of our grant funding. Future requests for funding are not automatically granted, and final reports are an important factor in future funding decisions.
