COMMUNITY PARTNERS

From the beginning, the Tim Griffith Foundation has sought out strategic partners to increase our impact in the lives of those struggling with addiction, violence and loss.If you are interested in exploring a partnership with the Tim Griffith Foundation, please contact Stacey Redman.

Bridges Program of the County of San Mateo Probation Department

Bridges is an intensive, outpatient day treatment program focused on drug offenders to help them end the cycle of drug abuse and crime. Spearheaded by the Superior Court of San Mateo County, this county-wide collaborative program was created to make a difference in the lives of 60 addicted offenders who had given up hope of change. The Tim Griffith Foundation partners with the Bridges program by providing a sober living environment for Bridges participants through Tim’s House.

Acknowledge Alliance, formerly Cleo Eulau Center

Acknowledge Alliance, formerly Cleo Eulau Center, is dedicated to promoting lifelong resilience in youth by strengthening the caring capacity of the adults who influence their lives. The Tim Griffith Foundation has partnered with their Collaborative Counseling Program to create a Transition Program for at-risk youth returning to mainstream high school, providing critical support to keep them in school and on track for graduation. The agencies are exploring the development of a unique program to provide grief support to at-risk youth who struggle with a myriad of difficult issues which often include unresolved grief, substance abuse, gang violence, complicated family dynamics, immigration issues, and poor academic progress.
